My life has always revolved around sport. Out of that passion I was driven to create MOVE FX - a new level of specialized sport training.
I’ve been fortunate to train some of the most elite athletes in their respective sports - NBA, NFL, MLB, PGA, AVP, USASW and the NCAA.
This experience has been paired with my unique personal journey involving sport, injury and education. The result is a specific focus to help highly motivated athletes reach new levels of performance.
