Dave Martin here, Movement Training Specialist, Fellow of Applied Functional Science (Gray Institute) and Founder of Move FX.
Today I would like to introduce you to the Move FX Golf Training Series - 3 Levels of Functional Training Courses designed specifically for golfers
For as long as I can remember, golf has been a passion of mine. I was fortunate to learn the game at a young age through my dad and grandfather.
Having played a wide variety of sports my entire life, I have began to appreciate how golf is truly a LIFELONG sport.
My passion for sports has led me into a career based on high performance training. During this time I have had the chance to learn from some of the top experts in the world in the field.
Over the past 15 years, I have worked as a coach/movement specialist helping others train for various sports and activities.
Over my career I have learned their is a lack of detailed information to help athletes achieve improved results.
The general training most athletes perform often fails to prepare the body for the demands of the sport, in this case the demands of golf.
Over time my goal became to create training courses that golfers can utilize in order to significantly improve their performance.
Ultimately I want to educate and empower you to LEARN and APPLY valuable training knowledge so you can play golf at a higher level.
With these courses I hope to give you the tools to customize your training routines around your specific goals and needs.
