Hello Tennis Players!
My Dave Martin here, Movement Training Specialist, Fellow of Applied Functional Science (Gray Institute) and Founder of Move FX.
Today I would like to introduce you to the Move FX Tennis Training Series - 3 Levels of Training Courses designed specifically for tennis players
Tennis is a sport I have played my entire life having grown up playing with and competing against 3 older sisters.
Having played a wide array of sports my entire life, I learned just how valuable tennis is as a LIFELONG sport.
My passion for sport led me into a career in high performance training where I have had the chance to learn from some of the smartest minds in the world.
Over the past 15 years, I have worked as a coach/movement specialist with the goal of helping other rethink how their train for the sports they love.
During this time I have realized that much of the available information for athletes was oversimplified.
It often fails to adequately prepare the body for the actual demands of the sport, in this case the demands of tennis.
As a result my goal became to create training courses that tennis players an begin to utilize in order to significantly impact their performance.
I want to educate and empower you to LEARN and APPLY this knowledge so you can play tennis at a higher level.
With these courses I hope to give you the tools to develop training routines customized to your specific goals and needs.
